SPX Graphics for Zoom - version 1.2 is finally here! See below for all the updates we are making to the app and the subscriptions!

The "All-you-can-eat" Pro Plan

The team here at SPX is always busy developing and thinking about how to make the user experience better for our users.

After going back and forth on many ideas as to what to include in the Pro plan, we finally came to a conclusion: Let's just give everything to Pro users!

While building the app, we had ideas about separating the content (graphics and designs) from the feature of the app but we realized that it would just make everyone's experience much simpler and streamlined if we just bundle everything into the Pro plan. Read all about the Pro plan here.

In addition to unlimited access to our constantly growing library of graphics and base designs, we are also announcing the layers and sets feature which will allow power users to create sets of graphics which can be pre-populated with content; ready to be used for different scenarios (ie. a set for client demo, a set for weekly team meeting, etc..). This feature will available to all Pro users in the coming months.

You will still be able to subscribe/purchase individual items from the store if you would like (being a paying-user means no more watermarks!) but the Pro plan will be an easy choice if you are looking to get the most out of the app.

Now this does mean a slight price increase to justify the amount of content and features we're putting into this subscription. But don't worry, if you're already a subscribed Pro user, your prices will stay as is as a thank you for being an early adopter! Details about new pricing can be found on our pricing page.

New Graphics and Base Design

We consider our app as a "toolbox" which contains many "visual tools" to enhance your overall Zoom experience. There are many apps in the Zoom Marketplace that serves a single function, which can be fully replaced (and enhanced) by just one of our graphics.

We are always developing graphics and base designs but have been slow in publishing new content to the store until now due to publishing pipeline. But now we have that in place, we will start rolling out new content to the store regularly, as well as a big drop of multiple graphics and base designs into the store in the coming weeks. We're excited to bring all of these new features to the app and we can't wait for you to try it out!

Discounted pricing for Teams

In addition, we noticed there's a growing need for an easy and affordable way to get entire teams on the Pro plan. For this, we are launching the Team plan which will make getting everyone on your team much easier and cheaper; with centralized billing and group discounts.

If you are an enterprise user or a brand looking for custom graphics, we are offering the SPX for Enterprise, where you can pick and choose from our list of offerings; such as custom branded graphics and sitewide licensing. Learn more about it here.

New Knowledge Base

In addition, we created a newly refreshed Knowledge Base with all the information, guides, and technical explanation of how to best use the app. This will be where you can find instruction on how to use each graphics, as well as finding self-help support for fixing any issues with the app. Check it out here -> Knowledge Base
