We will preload your instance of the app with the custom graphics we created and get it setup for you.

The SPX for Zoom app acts as the "receiver" which listens to the commands from the webapp controller.

There are 2 ways to accomplish this:
The guests can add the SPX for Zoom app to their own accounts OR the host can create webinar specific zoom accounts which can be preconfigured​​​

Traditionally, graphics operation required special skills and technical know-how. Our controller app is made to be user-friendly and intuitive; anyone with a little bit of practice can start acting as the graphics operator for webinars and events.
We also provide training and support to make sure your next event runs smoothly.
Graphics operator workflow
1. Setup guests
To prepare for an upcoming webinar/event, make sure all guest's whose graphics you want to control has the SPX app added or has a pre-configured zoom account.
2. Setup controller
Inside your SPX Cloud controller, add and manage graphics, assign layers to participants, and plan-out your graphics.
3. Go Live
Before the start of the event, make sure the participant's Zoom client app is running and your SPX Cloud is connected. Then go live!
